All Sales Are Final

 

All purchases made from LoadoutReady are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method (cash, credit, or debit) under normal circumstances. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns Are Subject to Approval

 

Although all sales are final, we understand exceptions may apply. If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, you may request a return authorization.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at loadoutready.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photo evidence, and a short explanation of the issue.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


Store Credit Only – No Monetary Refunds

 

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

We do not offer:

  • Cash or card refunds

  • Refunds on original shipping fees

Store credit is issued once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.


Return Eligibility Criteria

 

To qualify for store credit, returned items must meet the following:

  • Unused Condition: Knife must be unused, unsharpened, and unmodified.

  • Original Packaging: Must include sheath, box, and any accessories in original condition.

  • No Damage or Wear: Free from scratches, signs of use, or handling damage.

  • Return Timeframe: Item must be shipped back within 15 days of return approval.


Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Limited-edition or custom knives

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page

  • Digital gift cards

  • Items returned without approval

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Note: We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or sharpening.


Lost or Stolen Packages

 

LoadoutReady is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. Please contact the shipping carrier or file a report with your local authorities. If you purchased shipping insurance, it may cover these losses.
